By ordering, accessing, using or purchasing any product (collectively the “product”) through this website or related websites (collectively the “website”), you are agreeing to be bound by, and are becoming a arty to, this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not use this Website or order Product. Your use of this Website means that you agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. We ay at our sole and absolute discretion change and modify, or delete portions of this Agreement at any time without notice. It is your sole responsibility to review this Agreement for changes prior to use of the Website or purchase of the Product.
These terms and conditions apply to ALL transactions made on or through this website. This Agreement is intended to be governed by the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act. You manifest your agreement to the terms and condition in this document by any act demonstrating your assent thereto, including clicking an button containing the words “I agree” or similar syntax, or by merely accessing the Website, whether you have read these terms or not. It is suggested that you print this form for your personal records.
We strive to offer the best customer service for all our products. Please contact our Customer Service Department at firstname.lastname@example.org should you feel that you are not receiving the support and care that you deserve. Billing Errors If you believe that you have been billed in error, please notify Customer Service Department immediately. If we do not hear from within 30 days after such billing error first appears on any account statement, the billing will be deemed accepted by you for all purposes, including resolution of inquires made by your credit card issuer. You are deemed to have released Company from all liabilities and claim of loss resulting from any error or discrepancy that is not reported to Company within (30) days of its appearance on your credit card account statement.
If you purchase any products available on our websites, you will be responsible for paying any sales tax indicated on the Website.
We warrant that all food products sold and delivered by Farmergirl Fresh will be of acceptable quality, fit for consumption and free from damage and spoilage.
SHIPPINGAll of our products are handcrafted in small batches. Please allow up to 5 business days to process and fulfill your order.
All of our packages are shipped using FedEx. Once the carrier picks up the package, it typically takes 2-3 business days to receive your order depending on location. Northeast and Mid-Atlantic orders may take 1-2 days to arrive. Mid-West and West Coast orders typically take 2-3 days.
An email notification with tracking information will be sent to you when your packages have shipped.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not ship to PO Box addresses, only street addresses.
Farmergirl Fresh is not responsible for delayed, unclaimed, undelivered, or returned orders due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses or delays caused by UPS, USPS or Fed Ex due to weather or other causes that are outside of our control.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPINGWe currently do not offer shipping outside of the United States.
RETURNSBecause our products are food items, we cannot accept returns. However, if you are unhappy with one of our products for any reason, please let us know, and we will be more than willing to work with you to ensure your satisfaction. If for any reason, you remain unsatisfied with our blends, we will be happy to issue you a refund for the price you paid for the item (excluding shipping costs).
