Wonderful fresh from the garden taste, this dip is bursting with flavor from lots of vegtables and herbs.
Mix with sour cream and real mayonnaise.
Can also be mixed with low-fat sour cream or greek yogurt for a healthier alternative.
Makes 2 cups of dip.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve with vegetables, chips, crackers, or bread. Or try it as a baked potato topper.
